Sketchy John Campbell of the Windsor, Ontario area, chatted up and made
arrangements to be sexual with what he believed was a 13-year old
girl he met online.
At one point in communications, Campbell presented himself falsely as a
17-year old. He eventually came clean that he was in his late 20's and had a
child.
He made arrangements to meet at a local coffee shop. He pressed for
the child to make herself seen prior to his exact whereabouts being known.
Campbell was parked across the street from the coffee shop and was surveilling
for the child. He was spotted from the coffee shop area and he sped off like a
coward screaming when he was approached.
He later made admissions on the phone and refused to return to answer
questions related to his behaviour.
